William Erle´s true passion was painting landscapes and worked and experimented
a lot with the light and shadows in his paintings. During his lifetime he became highly inspired by “the Fauvitst” like van gogh and worked hard to achive their unique painting technique. His rolemodels was fellow artists like Corot and Turner.
