Vilhelm Henriques was an landscape painter and a known actor at the theater.
Although he was busy acting he always took his paintings materials with him when he was on the road with the theater company. Henriques special colors found in his oil paintings are compared with the works of the artist Julius Paulsen. Henriques was also the author behind many articles about art forms.

Educated at the Royal Art Academy in 1915.
