Viggo Brandt was a landscape painter, and known for his many colorful and strong landscapes from Fyn. His talent achieved him fame during his lifetime and he later took in pupils whom he taught painting and drawing. Although his fame brought him many high esteemed decorations jobs in the major Danish cities he preferred working out in the open on his beloved landscapes.

Educated at the Royal Art Academy in Copenhagen 1908.
Pupil of Viggo Johansen.
