Theodor Skovgaard was educated at Herman Madsens Art School in Copenhagen.
Educated as a Sculptor at Cordt’s school in Odense, Denmark. He later moved to Bornholm and worked as a artist at the famous “Michael Andersen and sons” ceramic workshop. His paintings have been exhibited many places in Denmark, and his ceramic pieces were exhibited at the world fair in New York 1938-39. Theodor skovgaard was direct descendant of the famous forest painter P.C.Skovgaard.
