Educated at art school in Copenhagen 1906. Attended art schools in Germany from 1906-1908 and in Paris from 1909-1914. Brasch started his carriere as a cartoonist for both foreign and Danish newspapers. He later worked on poster designs for fashions shows and Exhibitions. Brasch is especially known for his lean and slender females and his designs were an important influence to Early Art deco in European graphical art. Brasch was himself strongly influenced from early French poster designs from world war one and a great admirer of the English Beggarstaff Brothers. Brasch archived world wide fame and admiration for his many poster designs at the World cinema. During the 1920s Brasch was an international name and in high demand for his movie poster designs for both European and American motion pictures. Brasch worked and lived all around Europe and lived in New York during the 1920s.
