Leif Ewens was known for his very light and bright oil paintings. He traveled a lot to countries like Southern France and Morocco where he found the light and sceneries he later became famous for.In 1976 he concentrated on painting forest sceneries and painted a lot in the Danish forest by the convent “Berglund kloster”.
