Anni Løgstrup was known for her many charming and humorous scenes from “Bakken” The biggest and oldest Amusement park in Denmark. Her paintings are very well loved and popular in many Danish homes and galleries. Besides scenes from Bakken, she also did numerous charming landscapes and portraits from Spain and France. When asked why she painted such amusing figures and characters she always replied “Because they make me smile”

Educated at Rannows’ Art school in 39.
Attended the Royal Art Academy from 1939-41.
Pupil of Kraesten Iversen and Sigurd Wandel.
